First Avenue

Started as a sloped dirt yard after a renovation. No walking surface, no drainage, no plan for the garden side. Owners wanted a clear path from the back door to the gate and beds that wouldn't wash out the first time it rained.

Built a charcoal slab walkway down the centre with a stone-mulch border, framed two raised cedar planters along the property line, and rolled fresh sod across the rest. Drainage tucked behind the planter wall ties into the existing perimeter.
