Local detail
Delta has three very different submarkets. Tsawwassen lots are oceanside, with heavy wind, salt, and premium homes. Ladner is rural, large lots, drainage-heavy. North Delta is denser, with more mid-size jobs.
We work all three but the materials and approach differ a lot between them. Tsawwassen gets coastal-rated specs; Ladner gets drainage-first builds; North Delta gets straightforward mid-size hardscape.
