Most paver work that fails fails below the surface. The base wasn't built deep enough, drainage was an afterthought, or there's no edge restraint holding the perimeter. Three or four years in, the driveway shifts and the joints fill with weeds. The base is where we spend most of the time and money.
We're a residential outfit working across the Lower Mainland. You get one project lead from the site walk through the final walkthrough, an itemised proposal so you know what you're paying for, and a workmanship warranty on top-tier builds.

Our Process
Every job's a bit different. Some need a full design and a tiered proposal. Others are a site walk, a price, and we're on-site next week. The process fits the project, not the other way around.

Site walk
We come out. Measure, photograph, mark the grade, look at where water actually goes. Usually 45 minutes. Free.

Tiered proposal
Three price points. Every line itemised so you can see base depth, paver brand, and jointing material called out separately. You know what you're paying for.

Build
Excavation, base, edge restraints, pavers, jointing. Each layer signed off before the next one starts, and your project lead walks you through the work before we move on.

Maintenance
Top tiers include a workmanship warranty and a return visit at year one. Most of our calls are from people who hired us back, not first-timers.
