Driveways

Built to outlast the car parked on them.

Overview

A driveway has to handle weight, water, and the BC freeze-thaw cycle for 25+ years. The base does most of that work.

Process

How we
approach it.

  1. 01

    Site walk

We look at slope, drainage, and the condition of your existing driveway. All of that shapes how we price out your options.

  2. 02

Design, finish, and maintenance options all affect the price. You get three options so you can pick the one that fits your needs.

  3. 03

    Build

We design and build to your selected scope. Progress photos and daily updates so you can track where we are.

  4. 04

    Completion

After the polymeric sand, you can use the driveway within 48 hours. Our team gives you the maintenance playbook so you know how to protect the investment.

FAQ

Quick answers

How long does a driveway take?

Three to five days for an average 600 sqft job. Bigger lots or rebuilds with old concrete removal: usually a week.

Will it crack like concrete?

Pavers don't crack. They shift independently if the base moves, and we can pull and re-set a single sunken stone in 20 minutes. Concrete cracks have to be cut out and patched.

Permeable or sealed?

Depends on your slope and stormwater bylaws. Permeable lets water drain through; sealed sheds it to a swale. We'll tell you which fits your lot.

Workmanship warranty?

Two-year standard, three-year on premium builds. We come back if anything settles or shifts.
