New build townhouse with a flat dirt yard. Owners wanted a covered patio that worked rain or shine and a cleaner path to the back gate.
Built a charcoal slab patio under a black aluminum gazebo, with cedar privacy screening on the open side. Walkway runs out to the gate as planted stepping stones in the lawn instead of a continuous path, which keeps the yard feeling open.
Drainage tied into the existing perimeter system on the strata side. No standing water at any point along the slab.
