Tight East Van lot with a single car driveway between the house and the cedar privacy fence. Old concrete had heaved at the joints and the cracks were a mess of weeds.

Demo'd to native, set a deep compacted base, and laid charcoal pavers in 90-degree herringbone with a single light-grey soldier course running through the field to break it up. Cedar fence panels replaced where the old slabs had pushed them out of plumb.
