Site walk
We look for where we'll direct the water runoff, where your downspouts end, and any existing pooling.

Pricing
We include it as an item in the proposal if it's optional. If it's necessary for the landscape, we'll break down why and give you a full scope of work for your drainage solution.

Build
Drainage is usually the first thing we start after excavation. We take pictures of the process and the exact location and depth of anything we install.
- 04
Completion
We backfill with new material if needed, and hand you all the pictures for your records.

Quick answers
How do I know I have a drainage problem?
Standing water 24 hours after rain, moss on the patio, sunken stones near downspouts, or basement seepage during heavy rain. Any of those, you have a drainage problem.
Can you tie into the city storm drain?
Sometimes. Most municipalities allow downspout connections; few allow surface drains to tie in. We check the bylaw before we quote.
Will it fix my wet basement?
Sometimes. Yard drainage often is the cause. We'll tell you honestly whether your problem is solvable from outside or whether you need an interior solution too.
