Site walk
We look at slope, drainage, soil, and focus on water and future use of the space.

Proposal
Typically a demolition and prep line item on the quote. On a hardscape job, the price and scope of work is included with the pavers, walls and concrete work

Build
We mobilize equipment, use professional equipment to set and achieve heights needed for the project and consider weather changes to get the most accurate and clean excavation.
- 04
Completion
Heights, depths and any underground findings are communicated and documented to give you peace of mind. Excavated material is hauled of before the next phase begins!
FAQ
Quick answers
Do you do excavation only?
Sometimes. We'll prep the site for another contractor's concrete, wall or landscaping. Major excavations such as pools and septic, we send over to our civil partners.
Will my driveway be torn up?
We protect existing surfaces with steel plates or plywood whenever possible. If a tear-up is unavoidable, we tell you upfront and include the rebuild in the quote.
Can you work in a tight space?
Yes. We own a mini-excavator that fits through a 36 inch gate. Tighter than that, we hand-dig. We've worked in courtyards in heritage Vancouver homes that the big crews wouldn't touch.
